Customized Training
We customize interactive training. You can use the material in an e-learning format. We can deliver it in small or large groups and follow up with coaching on a flexible schedule.
Off-the-shelf material isn’t always enough. Over the years, we’ve collaborated with training and human resources professionals to design training that addressed specific learning needs. We listen to the challenges people face as they learn new skills and clarify their issues. Once we identify options for further actions, we develop the type of training needed.
Here is a partial list of topics developed in response to customer requests:
- Resilience
- Cranky Customers
- Grief & Change
- Spirit at Work
- Writing Skills for the Workplace
|
- Adapt to Change
- Listen and Respond
- Difficult Conversations
- Respect at Work
- Violence at work:
Reducing the Risk
|
We can:
- Adapt these topics for your needs;
- Write new training and train your trainers;
- Write content for use in e-learning;
- Facilitate the sessions.
Group Facilitation
We facilitate idea-sharing sessions where each group member feels that her/his views are respected.
Respect is the key with all groups. The tougher the group, the more respect helps us connect and empathize.
As facilitators, we:
- Lead sessions so people can achieve their objectives and fulfill the meeting agenda with
a sense of ownership
and fun.
- Encourage people to learn what they need, especially communication and interpersonal skills.
- Create a comfort level among learners so that questions are asked and answers are shared
to make ideas and
practices clear.
- Honor people’s ideas and experience so they respect each other’s views.
- Develop useful ideas and practice skills to be more effective at work.
Laughter in the group, especially in tough discussions, signals that people feel respected and trusted. Sometimes the fun they have generates ideas and solutions that can benefit the entire work force.
We build relationships and stay flexible while maintaining our core values and accomplishing your organization’s objectives.
