We partner with organizations in the St. Louis region to facilitate learning on smart skills like communication and resilience. We help people adapt to change and each other.

Previous experience includes:

• Behavioral Health – As a regional trainer for a national company, I provided customer training in person and through a network of competent professionals.  Our excellent rapport ensured that customers received quality training even on short notice.

• Health Care – As a lay chaplain, I served patients, families, and staff in all areas of health care with a special focus on critical care and trauma units.  Also, I facilitated learning for student chaplains in the clinical setting and maintained national accreditation for two health care centers.

• Other work includes outplacement, retail, food service management and secondary education.  The opportunity to work with interesting people in various settings enriches the training and facilitating I do now.
